The
RocketLever™
Master the urban casting deck. A first for the Australian industry, this advanced offset lifting system memorises insertion angles and safely places panels beneath severe structural overhangs.
Bypassing the
Perimeter Screen
To construct tall structural frames, casting decks are equipped with protective perimeter screens protruding up to 1500mm from the slab edge. During precast operations, these screens entirely obstruct the direct vertical line of lifting from the tower crane hook.
The RocketLever™ solves this. By integrating the thrusters and control box of the VLN into the rear end of Bomecon’s Maxi-Steker, crews can safely manoeuvre panels underneath overhangs while actively neutralising wind spin.

System Architecture
Developed through a joint venture between Thorp Precast, Bomecon, and Vita Inclinata, the RocketLever™ represents a new era of engineering convergence.
Optimised Weight Distribution
Smart integration of the VLN control box into the rear of the beam optimises counter-weighting without sacrificing the 10mt lift capacity.
Insertion Angle Memory
Record precise lift positions. The system memorises the insertion angle of a panel, creating high-speed, repeatable cycles for complex façades.
Active Wind Rejection
Up to 1400 Nm of available torque instantly neutralises panel spin and wind gusts, allowing operations to continue when traditional lifts would be weathered-off.
