By accessing or using ernelifting.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Erne Lifting operates strictly as a B2B partner for the Australian heavy infrastructure and construction sectors.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and layouts are the intellectual property of Erne Lifting Pty Ltd. "Vita Load Navigator" and "VLN" are trademarks of Vita Inclinata Technologies, Inc., used under Authorised Partner status. "RocketLever™" is a trademark of its respective joint venture owners.

3. Technical Specifications Disclaimer

Technical data, including WLL, torque outputs (Nm), and wind thresholds are for general informational purposes only.

• Data is based on the VLN v5.0.0 Manual but does not constitute a certified lift plan.
• Lift capacities are subject to sling angles and site-specific environmental conditions.
• Users must perform engineering assessments via the VLN Load Tool prior to operations.

4. Operational Safety & Equipment Usage

Deployment of any VLN hardware is subject to strict adherence to AS 4991, ASME B30.20, BTH-1, and EN13155. Erne Lifting is not liable for damages resulting from improper rigging or ignoring "WARN" status indicators.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Erne Lifting shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from reliance on technical marketing materials.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
