The Vita Load Navigator (VLN) is a semi-autonomous propulsion-driven device that attaches seamlessly beneath a crane’s hook and provides enhanced efficiency, control and safety on site.
VLN Operators can fully control the load remotely from 182m or it can operate semi-autonomously. Advanced sensors measuring 1000 data points per second along with high-powered electric thrusters, GPS, and real-time algorithms - counteract swinging, spinning, and rotation caused by wind, crane movement and other environmental factors.
Even in the harshest and most challenging conditions the VLN makes lifting not only safer for the crew but also picks and places loads faster and more accurately to keep project delivery on time and even ahead of schedule.

· Navigation: Equipped with GPS and Inertial Navigation System (INS) for precise positioning and operational control.
· Battery Life: Provides 8 to 12 hours of operation using a lithium ion phosphate smart battery system.
· Remote Control Range: Operates at distances up to 182 metres, supporting both semi-autonomous and manual modes.
· Load Rotation: Enables full 360° load rotation for maximum placement flexibility.
· Controller Options: Dual Controller setup available to allow seamless operator switching.
