How Load Stabilisation Works
When the 'HOLD' button is engaged, the VLN system activates an aerospace-grade feedback loop to lock the load's orientation.
01. Sensor Fusion
Onboard GPS, Inertial Measurement Units (IMU), and advanced sensors gather data more than 1,000 times per second to provide a real-time data to the system.
02. Intelligent Algorithm
System controller calculates the exact corrective torque required, to rotate the load from the current heading to the desired heading.
03. Dynamic Correction
High-torque thruster fans generate instant directional airflow, counteracting wind forces toreach and maintain desired compass heading within a strict ±1° tolerance.
04. Locked Precision
The system continuously monitors, eliminating accumulated drift and rotation, ensuring the load remains perfectly aligned for the rigger, regardless of changing site gusts or crane movement.
